2. Information We Do Not Collect (No-Log Policy)
We do not record or store any of the following information:
- Communication content (websites visited, data sent/received)
- Browsing history and search history
- Destination IP addresses
- DNS queries
- Connection timestamps (when you connected)
- Session information
Under our no-log policy, we do not possess any information that could identify your online activity.
3. Purpose of Information Use
We use the collected personal information solely for the following purposes:
- Service provision and operation (account creation, delivery of connection details)
- Billing and payment processing
- Responding to inquiries
- Important service notifications (maintenance, terms changes, etc.)
- Service quality maintenance and improvement (analysis of anonymous statistical data)
We do not use personal information for any purpose other than those listed above. We do not send marketing emails.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- Payment processing: We provide information necessary for payment processing to Stripe, Inc. Please refer to Stripe's website for their privacy policy.
- Legal requirements: When disclosure is required by a court, police, or other public authority under applicable law. However, due to our no-log policy, we do not retain any communication content logs, so the information that can be disclosed is limited.
We do not sell or provide personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other parties.
5. Data Storage & Protection
- Your personal information is stored on servers with appropriate security measures.
- Authentication information such as passwords is stored in encrypted form.
- Credit card information is not stored on our servers; it is managed by PCI DSS-compliant Stripe.
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage.
6. Data Retention Period
- Account information (name, email address) is retained for 1 year after contract termination (cancellation/account deletion), then deleted.
- Payment records are retained for the period required by law.
- Inquiry content is retained for 1 year after resolution, then deleted.
- Users may request immediate deletion of account information at the time of cancellation.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and tracking technology as follows:
- Our website may use third-party tracking tools such as Google Analytics for service improvement and access analysis. These tools use cookies to collect access information, but no personally identifiable information is included.
- Session management cookies may be used when necessary for service functionality.
- You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may be restricted.
